Description
The strawberry plant appears to be the solution to enable the young, the idle and the underprivileged to integrate into working life; allow young parents to have enough to raise their offspring. The beneficiaries will quickly be able to have money because the growth cycle of the strawberry plants being very short, the promoters will be able to carry out three cultivation cycles that can give 50 kg per production cycle or 150 kg in one year. This will make up for the very large importation of strawberries observed in the area for pastry and fresh ice cream. A. Project objective The project will allow promoters to self-employ, to integrate into working life, in short to make a living from their activity. In a specific way, the project will make it possible to:
- Build a modern greenhouse of 200 m2
- Equip the greenhouse with small plumbing equipment for automatic drip irrigation
- Produce and market at least 03 Strawberry cycles per year of 50kg each
- Transform strawberries into Strawberry Powder for pastry making and others
- A storage and transformation building is built
- A greenhouse equipped with plumbing for watering of at least 250m2 is built for cultivation
- A strawberry production of 100Kg per cycle is available for processing; or 300Kg for 3 cycle in one year
- A stock of 77 sachets of powder of 100g of strawberry powder is available for sale from pastry shops and others
